So, this is my first blog. I can tell you one thing, I am a liar. I am not a culinary school dropout in fact I love my school but I find it increasingly hard for myself to stay in school to finish my degree. I find it crazy how expensive college is and I wish I could be paying it off as I go but I will be in dept for a very long time.
This is my life as a mediocre chef, broke college student, immature twenty something, amateur photographer.
Let me break that apart piece by piece:
Mediocre Chef.... I will most likely never be a namesake of the culinary field. I love cooking but I want to own diners and breweries. I love beer and short order food.... It may be because my entire high school career was spent in a Denny's and working at a bar and grill.... Oh and beer, I love beer actually I love alcohol in all forms. I am not really one to party but I find Wine, Spirits, and Brew beautiful and as fun and creative as food.
Broke College Student..... sound track of my life. Some days I wonder where people get the money they do in college to go to the bar, clubs, restaurants, clothes, actually anything. I can barely afford 2 packs of cigarettes a week and my rent. I guess that includes immature twenty something too.
Amateur Photographer.... hopefully you'll see.
